Learn more →Full circle, every cycle
The name is the method. We take a building all the way around, and we close the loop with the record.
Assess
We classify the occupancy, identify every system in the building, and build the frequency matrix the code actually requires for it.
Inspect & test
Scheduled inspections and functional tests on the cadence NFPA sets for each system, performed by technicians who know the standard behind the checklist.
Correct
Deficiencies get a photo, a severity, a citation and an owner. Critical items are called in the same day. We track every one to closure.
Document
Every record lands in a compliance binder organized for the people who will read it: surveyor, fire marshal, insurer, owner.
The test is half the job
Most life-safety findings in a survey are not failed systems. They are tests that happened and records that cannot be produced. We treat the record as part of the work.
- Every finding carries a photo, a severity and the section that drives it
- A frequency matrix shows what is due, what is done and what is overdue
- Records kept the way Georgia Rule 120-3-3 and CMS expect them
- A survey-ready binder assembled before the survey window, not during it
The line on our logo is the standard we hold ourselves to. If you cannot hand the record to a surveyor, the work is not done.
Built for regulated buildings
Backed by a contractor. Run like a consultancy.
Life Safety 360 grew out of FirePro, a commercial fire-protection contractor in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. We kept the field experience and added the compliance discipline regulated facilities need.
- Technicians who have installed and serviced the systems they inspect
- Consultants who read the code for your occupancy, not a generic checklist
- One accountable point of contact across every system in the building
- A members portal with your reports, deficiencies and compliance calendar
Start with a building walk
Tell us the address and the systems you know about. We will come back with a frequency matrix and a plan to get every one of them current.
